VEGAN CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL BARS
Full of healthy fats and filling protein, these little bars will satisfy your sweet tooth and leave you feeling good.

Ingredients
  • 1cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2cup Peanut Butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1/4cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/4cup Agave Syrup (or other sweetener, such as Maple Syrup)
  • 1pinch Salt
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
Instructions
  1. In a sauce pan, melt coconut oil over medium heat.
  2. Add nut butter, cocoa powder, agave and salt, whisking until mixture is well-combined and smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, add two cups of rolled oats.
  4. Pour chocolate mixture over oats and mix gently until well incorporated.
  5. Press mixture into a lined 8 x 8 baking dish.
  6. Place in freezer for approximately 1 hour, until firm.
  7. Cut into 8 to 10 bars and enjoy when those sugar cravings hit!
  8. Store bars in freezer, as they will soften quickly at room temperature.
